I'm a results-driven leader with a proven record of growing shareholder value. Experienced in both B2C and B2B execution, I partner with companies to gain successful outcomes on value creation and business development to help them achieve their goals.
During the past 10 years I have been part of leadership teams that have completed 5 acquisitions and 2 successful business exits. What does success look like? Double digit EBITDA multiples, 12% and 13.5%, for mid-size companies - one sale to a strategic acquirer and the other to a private equity company.
I have also partnered with private equity and individual business owners to realign organizations positively redirecting business results. In working with start-ups, developing brands and repositioning long-term companies, I have helped develop winning plans, processes, teams and results. Along their business journeys these companies have grown sales, launched innovative new technologies and successfully integrated acquired businesses to add positive bottom line contributions.
